I want to thank you for hosting the Japanese Systema Seminar’s, Vladimir and Valerie always talk highly about the Systema Japanese students, I never understand this before, but after attending several seminar’s hosted by yourself I understand how dedicated and open minded your group is, how focused and disciplined you and your Group are to learning Systema, by seeing your group training it has helped me to appreciate Vladimir more, as I live in Toronto we sometimes take it granted and not take the training seriously as your group does.

I also want to thank you again for choosing many interesting topics that you have recommended to show, being with Vladimir for 23 years I have never seen he had covered so many topics and transferred much knowledge online that we have never seen in the Class, I see the Japanese Classes Vladimir are more in depth than we see in normal class this is very much due your sincerity and the positive attitude to learning Systema, noticed even also the similar topics like heal the back, and knees there was so much new information to the original seminars we had in Online, a lot of new exercise and in depth knowledge. 

I have seen your group have improved so much over these online classes, they are so much relaxed and moving very good. I also seeing your recent u tube videos your skills also have improved greatly comparable to the senior student in Systema HQ in Toronto, keep up the good work , you are motivation for the rest of us.
