"Komemugibudo" 🍶🍺🍷🥃🍋✨ was so excited at Gomi tei in Shinagawa. 
I will be held on June 1st and 2nd at a Skyscraper Condominium in Tamachi😘🗼✨
※ Kome=rice🍶, mugi= wheat🍺, budo=grape🍷

I'm going to make restaurants which I want to visit 😆💖.
We will have delicious food and many of my favorite delicious sakes to enjoy either as is or pairing with food🎵.

Sushikawa, Taisuke Hayakawa
After working as a conveyor belt sushi chef and IT company employee, he trained in Nishi-Azabu before setting up his own business as a traveling sushi chef.
We aim to break unnecessary formalities and conventions to create new and delicious sushi.
〜Sushi chef who is hard to get a reservation.


Metis - Tsukasa Yukawa
Growing up watching his father, a chef, he was already deeply interested in the culinary world as long as he can remember. His career in the restaurant industry started at the age of 15. After graduating from a vocational school, he joined Hiramatsu Co.
He has worked as a sous chef at Michelin one-star and two-star restaurants in France and Italy, and in 2019 he will be the chef at "stellato" French restaurant in Shirokanedai, and later at "Cafe La Boheme Shirokane", and in 2021 he will be the general chef at 17 restaurants of the same group.
Currently, he has been involved in the opening of "Métis," a one Michelin star wood-fired French restaurant in Roppongi, as sous chef, and is also active as a traveling chef on his days off.
〜He is now active in the restaurant business, serving high quality and cost-effective French cuisine on Sundays only ✨
