＃25　Osaka Food Tour

グルメとショッピングで活気のある大阪は観光地として急速に人気が高まっています。先日訪れた黒門市場は活気に溢れていましたよ。先月よりもさらに賑わっていました。

Osaka is a hot spot for dining and shopping. Lately, Osaka is getting popular as a must-see spot. I went to "Kuromon market" the other day. It was filled with tourists!. I think it was more busy than it was when I visited last month. 

明日お連れするお客様も大阪のグルメを楽しみにしているようですね。
Kuromon Market and Dotonmori are definitely places I want to visit as high priority. と言われていました。

黒門市場はもとは地元の方の市場で、大晦日に食料を買いに来られる地元の方で賑わっている様子をテレビでよく放映されています。通りの両側をお店で埋め尽くされていまして、海鮮、肉、お茶やお菓子など様々です。

”Kuromon market" is for locals. It is always featured on TV on New Year's Eve in Japan since many local people come to buy foods here. The market is filled with variety of products including fresh fish, seafood, meat,  tea, sweets, and so on. It is always busy and full of energy. 

道頓堀は派手な看板が有名ですね。グリコの広告看板の前で、グリコポーズをする人たちの姿を写真にとる人たちで賑わっています。

Dotonbori is famous for flashy signboards. Many tourists are taking pictures in the same pose as Glico running man in front of the billboards. 

それでは黒門市場でお買い求めいただけるシーフードをご紹介しますね。まずはお寿司の具材から。まぐろ、鮭、ホタテ貝、ウニなどなど。ふぐの刺身もありますよ。バターと醤油で味付けした焼いたホタテもいいですね。イートインスペースでいただけます。

I would like you to introduce popular seafood you can buy at Kuromon. You will find high quality sushi. The store offers a variety of sushi such as Bluefin tuna, salmon, scallop, fresh sea urchin, and more. You will also see the blowfish! How about grilled scallop with butter and soy sauce? You can eat at the eat-in section of the store. 

黒門ではお肉もあります。日本のブランド牛といえば神戸牛ですね。松阪牛の串焼きを売るお店もあります。
There are sotres offering the high quality Wagyu. One of the Japanese famous brand of beef is Kobe beef, isn't it? There are many people who enjoy the special "Matsusaka beef skewers on the street. 

次は道頓堀へ。道頓堀ではもちろんたこ焼き、お好み焼きですよね。そして大阪ではうどんやラーメンなどの麺類もおいしいですよ。

Let's go to eat at Dotonbori next. Dotonbori is famous for Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki. Takoyaki is made with the batter that has the great flavor of dashi broth and small piece of octopus in it. Okonomiyaki is made with the batter mixed with flour, thinly sliced cabbage, eggs and water. Japanese noodles such as Udon and Ramen are also good.
