A stupid chalenge

When I was 14, I swam from my island to neighbor island. Adults prohibited children swimming outside of the port. So, there were nobody who swam there although it was only one kilometer.

The most scared thing was there was rumor that my uncle saw a shark at around the time. So, I tried to swim very fast.

The sea was so deep. I couldn’t see the bottom no matter how I dived. I’d never swam like there. I couldn’t help thinking that I would meet a shark. Furthermore, I heard musical box sound from somewhere. I panicked. I kept swimming away desperately.

Finally, I managed to reach the neighbor island after one and a half hour ago. I was so exhausted. I thought would never try such a stupid challenge.
