          地域猫活動グループ代表者様へ 私は地区内に居住している者です。 匿名にて失礼いたします。 率直に申し上げます。 猫の飼育は貴宅敷地内においてのみ行い、敷地外を徘徊させることは慎んでいただきたく存じます。 理由は拙宅及び私有物が猫の糞尿にて汚損し、大変困惑しているからです。 そもそも、地域猫活動を行うにあたっては地域住民へその趣旨を説明し住民の理解を得ることが不可欠なはずです。 私は貴宅のごく近所に住んでおりますが、活動開始時、その説明を受けた記憶はありません。 また、
