二次試験を実施しない大学は廃校にしろ！

　「共通一次」から「センター試験」「共通テスト」と変わってきたけど、そもそも共通一次試験は大学で学ぶ基礎学力の確認のために行うはずだった。各大学が求める学生は、各大学が二次試験を実施して合否を決めるはずだった。

　それが、いつの間にか「推薦入試」の名前のもとに二次試験を無くして共通テストだけで合否を決める大学が増加した。大学に入試問題を作成する能力が欠如していることと経費節減が主な理由だ。予備校に入試問題の作成を依頼する大学がある。

　そのような大学は、大学の名前に値しないので
「二次試験を実施しない大学は廃校にする」
　くらいのことが言えないのだろうか？
