Day 10 : 1/100

One man, I sometimes call him the community guru in my previous notes, has established a community which is one of those I belong to.
I’ve known him for decades as he has been very popular in some fields such as foodie sites, although I have never met him until I joined the community only a couple of years ago...

One of his recommendations for life is that you should have your own 1/100, and that is almost one of the reasons for this 1,000 day challenge.
If you like collecting stamps, be the one in a hundred.
If you like cakes, be the one of a hundred.
If you like running, become 1/100.
Anything is OK. But the more unique area you choose, the easier you could become 1/100 in that area.

It is difficult for you to be 1 / 10,000, or even 1 / 1,000,000 in some areas such as stamps, cakes, or running.
But there should be some areas that you could become 1/100.
Here, 1/100 means that you would be "number one" in those 100 vernacular people. Or, I would think, some kind of "only one" in these 100 people.

Then, if you have three of 1/100s, you can be 1/100 x 1/100 x 1/100 = 1/1,000,000, meaning you are very close to the rare one, or maybe only one in the world.
Let's say, the person who can run a full-marathon, who also can guide your friends to the perfect cake cafe for the friends’ preference, whose hobby is collecting stamps.

Your combined advantages will surely do you in your life, according to him. Refer to his note below;

Honestly, I don't think I have any 1/100 capabilities. I think I have probably 1/60 of English capability, 1/40 of running, and maybe 1/10 of cooking.
I'm not sure, but that means, I'm supposed to have 1/ 24,000 combined advantage..

1 / 24,000, that's a lot, still! Supposedly, my life has getting better, right?
I'm not sure, though...
But I'm sure that I need to improve these capabilities to at least 1/100 x 1/100 x 1/100. Then, my life should be improving to the next level, hopefully...!
