Day 321: Glass Shrimp

This is a good naming.
In Japanese, this is called "White Shrimp".
But it is more like clear glass color.



Looks very beautiful, gemlike, and artistic.


It has s a wonderful taste.
It can get spoiled rapidly, so I enjoyed them in Sashii on the day I bought.
They look so diffident because they get some black dapples as the hours pass by. 


So In the next day, I fried them with just salt and pepper which tasked like I've also added some kind of magical umami powders...
Very umamish...

Seen on the photo, they were good with the sashimi scallops.
