WSJ Minute Briefing - Ukraine Grain Shipment Departs for First Time Since Russian Invasion

Ukraine's first grain shipment since the start of the war with Russia has left the Black-Sea port of Odessa. This comes after the two sides agreed to a deal that's aimed at easing global food shortages. Millions of tons of Ukrainian grain have been trapped since Russia invaded in February. On Sunday Moscow bombarded another Ukrainian port city Nikolaev killing ahead of one of the country's leading agricultural companies, according to authorities.

In Eastern Kentucky the death toll from flooding reached 28, according to officials. Governor Andy Bashir says that number is expected to rise as rescue workers reach more of the areas ravaged by the floods. Forecasters said parts of Kentucky would be under a flood watch through this morning.

Internal review showed that unexpected levels of benzene came from the propellant that sprays the product from the can.
