日曜は全体会。

暑いなか、熱い議論を交わしました。

この会のいいところは、できる人ができることをするところ。

時間に余裕のある人がみんなの代表として外部の会に参加する。若い感覚の持ち主とまとめる力のある年長者がコラボしてポスター作る。団地に住む人が団地自治会とのつながりに一役買う。広いネットワークの持ち主がそのネットワークから、いろいろな人材に声かける。ITに強い人がITで活動の幅を広げる。他の団体の会長が参加して協働の機会を探る。細やかな気配りができる人がみんなをフォローする。年長者がすばらしいアイデアを出す。などなど。書いたらきりがありません。

そして、みんなそれぞれの役割参加ができる社会、そんな多文化共生社会をつくりたい、私たちです！

This Sunday we had our general meeting.

We had a heated discussion in the heat.

The good thing about this meeting is that people do what they can.

Those who have time to spare participate in external meetings as representatives of everyone. A poster is created through a collaboration between a young person with a sense of style and an older person with the ability to organize. People living in housing complexes play a role in connecting with the housing complex residents' association. A person with a wide network approaches various human resources from that network. People who are good at IT can use IT to expand their range of activities. Some involve presidents of other organizations to explore opportunities for collaboration. People who are attentive to detail follow everyone. Seniors come up with great ideas. etc. There is no end to what I can write.

We want to create a multicultural society where everyone can play their part
