営業再開のお知らせとお願い

POETIC SCAPEは新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により、2020年4月4日より臨時休業しておりましたが、6月13日より営業を再開いたします。以下、営業再開にあたり、いくつかの変更点とお願いがございます。

＜予約制の導入＞＊7/18更新

平日は予約不要ですが、土曜、祝日は30分に2組様の入場とさせていただきます。それに合わせ、POETIC SCAPE専用の予約サイトを設置いたしました。ギャラリーに問合せなくとも、現在の空き状況の確認と予約ができます。
またこの予約サイトは、ご来場予約の他に、額装と作品購入のご相談予約にもお使いいただけます。

◉予約メニュー
1) ご来場：POETIC SCAPEに入場するためのシンプルな予約
2) 額装のご相談：写真額装のご相談、打ち合わせのための予約
3) 作品購入のご相談：作品購入ご検討のためのビューイングの予約

なお、メールでのご予約も引き続きご利用いただけます。お手数をおかけいたしますが、予約サイト、メール（front-desk@poetic-scape.com）のどちらかお好きな方法でご予約をお願いいたします。

＜ご来廊の際のお願い＞

新型コロナウイルス感染防止のため、ご来廊のお客様に以下の事項をお願いいたします。
・マスクの着用
・ギャラリー入り口にて手指消毒

ギャラリーでも以下の対策を行います。
・スタッフのマスク着用
・ドアノブ等、施設内の定期的な消毒と換気
・トイレにハンドソープと使い捨てペーパータオルを設置

みなさまのご協力をお願いいたします。

＜営業時間の変更＞

6/13より営業時間を変更いたします。
・水曜〜金曜：変更なし、13:00-19:00
・土曜：open時間を11:00に繰り上げ。19:00close

なお、ご好評をいただいておりました10時までの営業時間延長（ナイトギャラリー）は当面休止いたします。

以上、様々な変更とお願いでご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、ご理解のほど宜しくお願い致します。

<Requests to all gallery visitors>
To prevent infection with the new coronavirus, we would like to ask all visitors to follow the safety measures below.
・ Wearing a mask
・ Hand disinfection at the gallery entrance

The gallery will also take the following measures.
・ All gallery staff wear masks
・ Regular disinfection of doorknobs and ventilation in the gallery
・ Installing hand soap and disposable paper towels in the toilet

<Change of opening hours>
We will make some changes to the opening hours as follow,
・Wednesday to Friday: open 13:00-19:00
・Saturday: open 11:00-19:00
