今朝のジョギング
I wanted to do a gentle run
in the woods this morning.
At the beginning,
I was just enjoying the colour of
the leaves and the smell of the soil.
I could sense the moist in the air.
The sky was a bit hazy.
As I continue,
started noticing the firm ground
in a perfect pace.
My breathing had a good rhythm
harmonising with the sound of the leaves.
The warm air embracing my whole body.
It felt so good. Great actually.
It was Oneness deep inside.
I could feel that my face blushed
and the sweat all of the body
although it was so gentle from the beginning.
In the last part of the course,
I wanted give myself a bit of push
by speeding up as some energy left.
It had a perfect rhythm.
Feeling the hardened pebble path
and looking up the morning sun shining softly and then
at very last my mind went sky high.
Noticed the sky had turned so clear.
