1997年にバークリー音楽大学にて、10ピース・ジャズ・コンボのために書かれたものが原案。2017年に本澤なおゆき・指揮／開成ジュニアアンサンブル Super Blue Birdsによって初演されました。曲名は、なかなか思い通りの音楽を生み出せず苦悩していた自分に対して、前向きなメッセージを与えられないかという思いから。曲中何度も現れる短9度音程が特徴。途中のホーン・セクション13人による集団即興演奏や、後半のベースのフリー・ソロからジャズ・フーガへの展開などが聴きどころです。（演奏時間：11分30秒　グレード：5）

Originally written at the Berklee College of Music in 1997 for a 10-piece jazz combo. It was premiered in 2017 by Kaisei Junior Ensemble Super Blue Birds, directed by Naoyuki Honzawa. The name of the song was based on the idea that I could give a positive message to myself, who was struggling to produce the music I wanted. It features a minor 9th interval that appears many times throughout the song. A group improvisation by 13 horns along the way, and the development from free bass solo to jazz fugue are the highlights. (Duration: 11:30 Grade: 5)
