A highly recommended book by Yoko Ono

It's almost 7:00 in the morning, early enough for a holiday here. Lately, I have been falling asleep before I know it and waking up at this time more often than not. I was so impressed by the valuable message in this wonderful book by Yoko Ono that I'd love to share it with you all!!

She says, "I'm a weak person, and that's why I've tried everything in my power to fight and love myself." 

The truth about her, who I had long considered a strong person. Her truth gave me an amazing realization: true strength lies in those who recognize and allow their own weaknesses. Her way of life is full of originality and ingenuity, yet her answers are extremely simple and very pure, and she continues to send a message as if gently admonishing all of us who continue to struggle with ourselves, more or less. 

The realization of "LOVE & PEACE" which begins only when we truly love ourselves, can be spread from the smallest unit of the individual to the whole world. Is it difficult? No, it can be done. Believe in the power inherent in us! First of all, love yourself as you are! And love each and every person, animals living on the earth. And most important thing/thought is never forget admire for great nature. 

PEACE is LOVE. A very personal and at the same time big picture love for humanity. The answer is that without love, there can be no true peace. I have the utmost respect for Yoko Ono and agree wholeheartedly with Yoko and John Lennon's eternal wishes and prayers.

Of course, they are not God. They are flesh and blood human beings who have been hurt, sometimes hurting others, struggling, but never losing their high ideals, no matter how miserable the world becomes, and continue to pass on their noble principles to each and every one of us. And my soul is always with them. This is my unshakable truth. What do you think? If you are reading this, yes, you, the one and only irreplaceable you in the world, why don't you join me in solidarity in the name of love, believing that the greatest happiness of the individual leads to peace in the world? Let's join hands with me! Why don't we work together now to create a world where we can unhesitatingly confront and share different opinions, where each individual can shine to the fullest, and where we can each stand on our own feet as individuals, relying on integrity?
It's not too late. If each and every one of us stands up and takes action without giving up, we can make it happen. By believing this, we can create a sustainable and good society that is already better today than it was yesterday, better tomorrow than it was today, and so on.

Finally. I send my deepest respect, gratitude and my heartfelt love to dear John Lennon and to Yoko Ono, a living legend and a so very brilliant beautiful lady who is radiant inside and out.
