#94 優勝 〜 Victory 〜

「変化」について、思ったことがあります。
I had a new perception toward “change.”

立場 〜 Positions 〜

実際に、変化していることはあるし、
自分で変化を起こしていることもあると思う。
それに適応することが、簡単なときもあれば、難しいこともある。
There are things that are literally changing.
Sometimes, I also make differences.
It is easy to adjust to them, and sometimes it is not.

でも、もしかして、自分の外の世界は、実はあんまり変わっていないのではないか。
But, I realized that the world outside of me does not actually changed.

自分の年齢や立場が変わったことで、見方が変わって、「変化」と感じているだけなのかもしれない。
I see it as “change” because my point of view is converted based on my age or my position.

真実 〜 Truth 〜

だから、信じていることも変わって当たり前。
So, it is natural to believe different things.

となると、本当は「たった一つの真実」なんてものはないのかもしれない。
起こることの数とそれを受け取る人の数だけの真実がある。
It means that there is not only one truth.
There are as many truths as there are phenomena and how people react to them.

一つなのは、事実だけ。
There is only one fact, not truth.

何を感じるか、何を信じるか、何を受け取るかは、全部自分次第。
What you feel, believe, and receive is up to you.

だから、問題を解決するときに、事実とそうでないものを分けるのが大切なのかも。
This is why, it is important to separate facts and feelings when you solve problems.

夢を含めた自分をよく知った上で、
自分を認めたとき、
それに見合った選択ができるようになって、
本当に自分が望んでいることを受け取るのかもしれない。
When you know and accept yourself including your desires, you will make appropriate decisions.
Then, your dreams might come true.

奇跡 〜 Miracle 〜

私の憧れの女性の一人に、ビキニアスリートの安井友梨さんがいます。
One of my role models is Ms. Yuri Yasui, an athlete.

彼女がいつも私たちに伝えてくれることは、
She always tells us that

誰でも、いつからでも、自分と未来は、変えられる
Anyone can change the self and own future any time.

そんな彼女が、少し前に怪我をされた。
大切な大会の直前だった。
彼女は気持ちを切り替え、治療に専念。
Ms. Yasui got injured a while ago, just before the contest.
She switched her mind and focused on treatment.

そして今日、彼女の階級とオーバーオールで優勝。
And today, she became a champion.

配信で応援できることを昨日知って、
筋トレ仲間でもある友達のおかげで、感動の瞬間に立ち会うことができました。
I found out the streaming is available last night, and my girl told me when Ms. Yasui’s turn was.
Thanks to her, I was able to share the joyful moment in real time.

きっと、この経験にも、意味があるんだろうな。
I experienced this miracle for a reason.
