Your cheek might drop!?

約1年半前に書いたものです。

Looking at the slogan below the cow face, "Your cheek might drop," I felt something strange. I wondered if this was a natural expression in English, and thought this might be a direct translation from Japanese. After doing some research, I found out this slogan has two errors: grammatical  and wording ones. First, people have two cheeks, so the plural form should be used here, referring to both. Second, this is a Japanese idiom that is used to say some food is really delicious. In English, however, they don't say it this way. It is important to check whether what you are trying to say is a common expression in a target language.

直訳はこわいですね…。英語として自然かどうかという点にもこだわって学習し続けたいと思います。

現在はこちらのスローガンに変わっています。

変わってからすでにかなりの年月が経過していると思いますが、まだ残っている（or取り替え忘れている？）ものもあるようです。
