I know many of us had tough time this past year but I would love to thank all the people who made me feel delighted.
（今年は、大変な一年となりましたが、私の心に光を与えてくれた全ての人に感謝いたします。）

delighted = 幸せな気持ち

Though it was a chaotic year, I got nothing to complain because it was a great year for my personal growth.
（今年はカオスな（大変な）一年でしたが、私自身、個人的にとっても成長できたので、文句の一つも出ないくらい良い一年でした） 

Complain = 不満をいう

2020 gave me even more gratitude for the things I often take for granted: a consistent income, access to healthcare, and the privilege to quarantine in a safe place.
（2020年は、安定した収入や、医療を受けることができること、そしてステイホームできる安全な家があることなど、今まで当たり前だと思ってしまいがちなことへの感謝の気持ちにより気づかせてくれる一年でした。）

take for granted = 当たり前に思う
consistant = 安定した
income = 収入
privilege = 特権
