Do nuclear weapons make the world less secure?

Yes, they do. Let me explain some reasons.
First, those weapons make people believe in nuclear deterrence. Once the U.S. developed new weapons, its opponents will also develop ones to catch up. This is how an arms race escalates and makes the world less secure.
Second, the very existence of nuclear weapons will threaten the whole world. When nuclear weapons fall into terrorists’ hands, they will have disastrous consequences.

核兵器は世界の安全性を低下させるか？

そうなんです。その理由を説明しましょう。
まず、核抑止力を人々に信じさせること。アメリカが新しい武器を開発すれば、相手もそれに追いつこうと武器を開発する。そうして軍拡競争がエスカレートし、世界が安全でなくなる。
第二に、核兵器の存在自体が全世界を脅かすことになる。核兵器がテロリストの手に渡れば、悲惨な結果を招くことになる。


What are the causes of juvenile delinquency? 

There may be several reasons for this issue. 
Parents may be to blame for this situation. It is out of the question, but they must not abuse their children.  It distorts immature hearts and leads to delinquency. Some parents who work busily may not have enough time to take care of them and give them moral guidance. 
Teachers may also need to take responsibility for it. If they are ignorant about bullying or poor academics, students’ problems will affect negatively, and cause frustration toward the public. 
Recent media is, I believe, the biggest factor. Prolonged exposure to sex and violence in the media undermines their sense of morality. 

この問題にはいくつかの理由が考えられます。
このような状況になったのは、親の責任かもしれません。問題外ですが、子供を虐待してはいけません。  未熟な心を歪め、非行に走ってしまいます。忙しく働いている親の中には、子供の面倒を見たり、道徳的な指導をするだけの時間がない人もいるでしょう。
教師にも責任があるのではないでしょうか。いじめや学業不振について無知であれば、生徒の問題がマイナスに作用し、世間に不満を与えることになります。
最近のメディアが最大の要因だと思います。メディアでセックスや暴力に長時間触れていると、道徳観が損なわれます。
