私の心身の傾向と対策　：泌尿器科関係　その４

このようにして、初めて行った泌尿器科での検査は無事終わりました。
今年もまた、人間ドックを受けると思いますが、ＰＳＡ値が正常であってほしいです。

これを書いていて思い出したのですが、一度血尿が出たことがありました。
それは、社会人1年目に、習志野市の自衛隊に、他の新入社員数名と体験入隊させられたときでした。

確か２泊3日の行程でしたが、身体的にはかなり厳しくて、二日目の朝に血尿が出たのでした。
少し驚きましたが、体調は問題なく、逆にかつてないほど体力がみなぎっていました。

今、インターネットで見ると、激しい運動をしたら血尿が出ることがあるようで、たぶんその時もそういう状態だったのでしょう。が、当時は簡単に調べることもできず、また後にも先にもその一回きりだったので、すっかりそのことを忘れていました。

今では全くできませんが、”訓練”の結果、懸垂も楽々できるようになりましたし、朝の”行軍”も快適でした。

会社の上司は全く我々に付き添わず、最初に総務課の中年男性が「彼らをよろしくお任せします」、と自衛隊の担当者に言って去ってしまいました。
自衛隊の担当者さんは呆れていました。

全員、無事に帰ることができたのですが、今度の出勤時に、皆で自衛隊式のあいさつをしてやろうか、と話し合ったものです。

結局、そんな勤務先だったので、１２月にボーナスをもらった後、退職しました。それについてはまた別のところで書くでしょう、たぶん。

That was when I was enlisted in the Self-Defense Forces of Narashino City in my first year as a member of society with several other new employees.

It was a two-night, three-day trip, but it was physically difficult and I had hematuria on the morning of the second day.
I was a little surprised, but I was in good physical condition, and on the contrary, I was more physically fit than ever before.

Now, when I look on the Internet, it seems that hematuria may occur if I exercise hard, and I think that was the case at that time as well. However, at that time, it was not easy to find out, and it was only one time later, so I completely forgot about it.

I can't do it at all now, but as a result of "training", I can easily pull up and the morning "march" was comfortable.

The company's boss didn't accompany us at all, and the middle-aged man in the General Affairs Division first said to the SDF personnel, "I'll leave them to you," and left.
The person in charge of the Self-Defense Forces was amazed.

All of them were able to return safely, but when they went to work next time, we all talked about whether to give a SDF-style greeting.

After all, I was at such a place of employment, so I retired after receiving a bonus in December. I'll write about that elsewhere, maybe.
