▼申請が必要な保険2つ
会社員が加入する保険3つのうち
1つ（労災保険）は、
会社員の場合、会社員一人ひとりに対して、
加入の申請は不要です。
2つ（雇用保険、社会保険）は、
会社が申請をして、保険に加入します。
Workers get 1 of 3 insurance without application
if you meet the requirements.
（It's Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance）
And company has to apply for 2 of 3 insurances,
Unemployment Insurance and
Social Insurance need company's application to get them.
これが、保険加入までの流れです
１ （会社が）従業員が保険の加入要件を
満たしているか確認する
↓ 要件を満たしている場合
２ （会社が）従業員の加入申請をする
３ （国が）２の加入申請を受け付ける
４ （従業員が）保険の加入者になる
Here's some workflow of getting insurances by application.
1 Company checks you meet the requirements or not

2 Company applies for insurances
3 Government office accepts it.
4 You get insurances

▼加入しているか確認方法
これが確認方法です。
Here's how to check you have them.
①健康保険証を入社後に受け取っていたら、
あなたは、社会保険に加入しています(※）
健康保険証は、通常このような青いカードです。
会社によって、色が違うことがあります。
★What you recieved after entering a company is important.
If you received health insurance card,
it means you get Social Insurance.
normally it's blue color.
it's called 健康保険証（Kenko hoken sho）in Japanese.
②雇用保険被保険者証 （白い紙）を受け取っていたら、
あなたは雇用保険に入っています。
If you received the Unemployment insurance card,
you have the Unemployment insurance.
It's just a paper, white colored.
It's called 雇用保険被保険者証 (koyo hoken hihokensha sho) in Japanese.
もし、これらをもらっていたら、保険に加入しています。
If you've gotten these cards, You have insurances.
他には、
・給与明細書の控除欄で、保険料を引かれているか確認する
・直接、保険者へ問い合わせる
という方法もあります。

▼補足 基礎年金番号について
雇用保険：雇用保険番号、マイナンバー
社会保険：基礎年金番号、マイナンバー
加入申請時に、
それぞれ番号を使用します。
1人に1つずつ番号が与えられ、
転職しても、この番号は原則変わりません。
そのうちの基礎年金番号は、
年金手帳（2022年4月から基礎年金番号通知書）に記載されています。
基礎年金番号通知書は、20歳で一斉に発行・自宅に届きますが、
20歳未満で初めて社会保険に加入した場合は、
前倒しして、発行・自宅に届きます。
If it's the first time for you to work in Japan
as a full time worker (more than 30 hours a week),
you receive Notice of Basic Pension Number,
which your Basic Pension number (10 digits) written.
※2022/4/1～ 基礎年金番号通知書へ変更
