Homogeneous countries cannot thrive anymore

First of all, homogeneous means way of thinking that people from other counties should be out of their country to live with. These countries are hard to be prosperous in my opinion. I would like to support my idea from some aspect such as labor, trade and diversity.
One big problem is the number of laborers. Without enough number of people who work for their country, development in economics might be difficult. For example, Japan is faced with aging-society. This situation of course indicates migrants hope to work for Japan are necessary as soon as possible. They are able to help Japan more wealthy.
 Moreover, trading is important method for getting foreign currency that measures how much amount of money they could spend. If homogeneous country could exist, they prefer only their benefit. In order to perpetuate import and export, friendship between countries have to be needed. We should not set border to particular people.
Thirdly, diversity is our common sense among developed country. For an instance, Singapore is typical situation. Their population includes European, people originated India or China, and Malaysian. They are positive to invite not only foreign people but also company, therefore, They have possibility to get a chance to be more wealthy country.
In conclusion, even though some countries are developed nowadays, next goal is no discrimination to live together happily.
