議論する上で大切にすること【動画フリーランスの日常vol.49】

相手と自分では前提が違うということを理解して議論すること。
お互いの立場や経験値、生活、家庭環境などによって、発せられる言葉が全く変わると思います。

まず前提が違うことを理解し、それに寄り添った形で議論を進めていくと、
相手から「この人はわかってくれている」という思いを抱かれやすいのではないか。そうすると、本来自分が通したいと思っていた企画も通りやすいのではないかと思いました。
これ、意識してやっていこ。お互いプラスだよね。

At  first, we have to understand that our background is  different from  each other, while discussing, we are standing with each other.
And then they can think about "you can understand my story or points" That's good, right?
