そろそろ賃貸の物件を借りて、彼女と同棲しようかと考えています。
そこで先日内見に行ったのですが、見積もり書に35万ほど合計で書かれていて「そのくらいはするよな」と思っていました。

ところが、家に帰ってよくよく調べてみると、清掃代や鍵交換代がいらない可能性があったり、家賃の交渉も余地があることを知って驚きました。
これから交渉していますが、「知っている」というだけで、5〜10万ほど削減できそうです。
全てにおいて、情報を知らなければ損をすると思っています。

A few days ago, We viewed the house privately , and the agent gave us the estimate, that is written the first price around 350,000 yen at total.
I didn't think that it was expensive.

But I researched the price after I went home, It was possible that We won't need to pay the cleaning fee  and changing key fee.
Moreover, We can even negotiate rent fee as well.
So I will do that,  but I could  learn how to reduce the  price.
All of the  things have like  that story.
If we don't  know particular  information, We may lose the  money
That's  the  most inportant things.
