We pray for a speedy recovery for all those affected by the coronavirus. I would also like to express my condolences to those who have passed away. We also send our thanks and cheers to all those who work on the front lines.

We hope that a society divided by the coronavirus will be able to reaffirm the value of each individual's existence and recognize each other again.
　
It's times like these that I thought it was necessary, and I'll be posting a message once a day from our Haute Route ambassadors.

人生を変えるタイミングはふいに訪れるもの。

良いことの場合もあれば悪い（と思われる）ことがきっかけになることもあります。

私がいま海外サイクリング旅の経験をセミナーでお伝えし、自転車のお仕事にシフトしているのはそもそも、約10年前にひどい腰痛で入院し、運動をはじめたこと。どちらかというとネガティブきっかけ。

何度かnoteでお伝えし、blogや某媒体インタビューにもお答えしたのですが瘦せたくて走りはじめたこと、自転車を購入したこと、オートルートが私の人生を変えました。

意外と人生はがらっとかわるものです。
