We pray for a speedy recovery for all those affected by the coronavirus. I would also like to express my condolences to those who have passed away. We also send our thanks and cheers to all those who work on the front lines.

We hope that a society divided by the coronavirus will be able to reaffirm the value of each individual's existence and recognize each other again.
　
It's times like these that I thought it was necessary, and I'll be posting a message once a day from our Haute Route ambassadors.

独立した個々のスキルが単に集結するだけで組織力はうまく発揮されません。むしろ競合し、殺し合う。

一般的に額面通りの殺しあい、争いは起こりづらいですが、少なくとも個々のスキルはお互いを相殺し減衰しあうことは往々にしてありますね。

なぜそうなるのか。個々それぞれにこれまでの背景、歩んだストーリーがあるからです。

可能な限り、その背景を日々すこしづつ、語り合うこと。知ることは自分を知る事でありその逆も、また。限界を知り、許容・受容することもひとつの方法でしょう。

そこに必要なのは挑戦があり、心理的安全性であり、楽しさであることに心のどこかで気づいている人は、多いのかもしれません。
