Ｊapanese walking in Japan

Today is a sunny day.I went to walking around my house.Several people were walking with their dog. The dogs were tiny,lovely and cute.They didn't shout for me such as "Wow Wow".
I walked under Hankyu train railway.Since I was besides railway,wind was stronger.I felt cold a little.I thought how much flower powder fly in my city.
Now I'm flower powder syndrome.It's tough and lazy thing,isn't it?
