【Day14】My mission when I work.

Summary

I decided to have the mission that is "Express with synergies and surveys".
When I work, I will check jobs is matching my mission because it leads to motivation.

Today, I talked with a friend regarding a mission about myself when we work.
Then, I decided to have the mission that is "Express with synergies and surveys".
Eather working or playing, I tried to improve performance with a team through cooperation.
Also, I held a study session about things that I want to know deeply because of my interest.
When I work, I will check jobs is matching my mission because it leads to motivation.

今日、友人と、働くの際に課す自分自身へのミッションを話し合った。
そこで私のミッションとして、「人と協力・物事を深堀して、自分の存在を表現する」ことを掲げた。
周りの人と協力してチームのパフォーマンスを向上させることを仕事でも、趣味でもやってきた。
仕事でも面白いと感じたことを率先して勉強をして、メンバーに展開したりしている。
今後仕事をしていくうえで自分のミッションに照らし合わせながら、楽しく仕事をしていきたい。
