I have read all series of manga called "BLUE GIANT" for 5 hours. 
This manga is a story about modern Jazz music.
Japanese youth, a hero,  that is in charge of sax join the music band in Germany.
He loves jazz music and he practices the sax for 8 hours every day.
His sincere attitude is transmitted to band members, his teams get good, and become famous.
This manga tells that "the state of absorbed in something"
make it interesting for your career.
When I am acting efficiently toward my goals, I am in the state, too.
