今年も、RPA開発者 実態調査アンケートを UiPath が行っています。uipath.com を見ても案内が見つけられませんでしたので、@ShumpeiWatanabe の案内を引用します。

性別の５択は初めて見ました。多様性を尊重する会社ということでしょうか。随分前にサイボウズのエントリーフォームで性別が３択なのを見たときに、欧米か！と思いましたが、３択は近頃そこそこ見かけるようになりました。

マーケターとしては気になります。グローバルでは（米国では？）世代はこういう分類なんですね。ベビーブーマー、ミレニアル、Ｚは、日本と共通でしょうか？ Generation X は、初めて聞きました。
日本独自の世代としては、全共闘世代、団塊世代、しらけ世代、バブル世代、氷河期世代、プレッシャー世代（知りませんでした）、ゆとり世代、さとり世代、Ｚ世代ですか（順不同）。UiPath Japan さんのアンケートでは、ぜひ日本の世代区分で実施してくださいね（just kidding）。
余談ですが、グーグルさん、バブル世代と入力すると「バブル世代 ゴミ」をサジェストするのやめてくださいね。「バブル世代 無能」、「バブル世代 クズ」、「バブル世代 使えない」も、ダメですよ。

私の回答は、その他 - 自分で RPA チームを作りました。それがぼくには楽しかったから（リーナス風）。
選択肢を見ると、色々な手段がありますが、Internal transfer 以外、ことごとくジョブ型雇用なんですね。日本も、新卒から定年まで一つの会社に仕えるのは必ずしも普通でなくなりましたが、早期退職優遇制度はすっかり定着しているのに、年齢が上がると次のキャリアが見つかりにくいのは片手落ちで、どうにかしないといけません。

というわけで、私は open to new opportunities ですのでよろしくお願いします。世を忍ぶ仮の勤め先で肩たたきされている訳ではなく、そこは増収増益・人手不足・目標株価上方修正ですので、ご安心ください。更に、フレックスタイム制にリモートワーク（オフィスワークとハイブリッド）、やめられまへんなあ～（こういうのを、ぬるま湯、ゆでガエルといいます）。

民間企業のアンケートで、専攻を含めて学歴を問う所が学歴社会アメリカらしいと感じます。日本では履歴書に書くくらいで、しかも、新卒採用での入社前以外には全然重視されません。入社後は情報工学専攻でも文学部出身者と肩を並べて定期新入社員プログラミング研修を受ける世の中でした。

あえて言えば、Other - RPA従事者の処遇でしょうか。それ以外は、frustration(s) というより、それを解決するのが仕事ですよね ( ｰ`дｰ´)ｷﾘｯ
Hey You! 敷かれたレールで仕事したいの？
と、ここまで考えて、アメリカって、マニュアル作る人と、マニュアル通りの作業をやるだけの人の役割が完全に分かれている格差社会でしたっけ？
アンケートの設問に社会の在り方が透けて見えますね。
話は戻って、処遇だよ、処遇と思っていると、次の質問がやってきます。

ただ、私、５年前はアーリーアダプターだったと思いますが、UiPathスキルに関してはもうコモディティだなと思いますので、様々な選択肢の検討を強力かつ慎重に加速（岸田首相風）しつつ、RPA は１つの貴重な経験として活かしていきたいと思います。

もう察していただけますように、重要なものは、Bonuses and other financial compensation です。Flexible work schedule （だけ？）は会社員の中ではそこそこ手に入りました。他は、世を忍ぶ仮の勤め先の外に求めれば比較的解決しやすいこともありますね。例えば、professional community は UiPath Friends に求めるとか。

最大級のショックな質問です。1$=127円とすると、最低ライン$50,000= 6,350,000円。例えば日本の博士前期課程新卒でもらえるサラリーでしょうか？ 技術者が Japanese Traditional Company に入りたがらなくなるわけですね。
サンフランシスコの家賃が $4,500 とか、日本の賃金は隣国の半島以下とか、我が国の低賃金については色々報道されていますが、RPAのアンケートの選択肢にここまで残酷に現れてしまうとは、何とも言えない気持ちです。

某電話会社系のドメスティックなツールも選択肢に入れてあげてください。そこのユーザーはアンケートを読んでないかもしれませんけどね。ますますグローバルリーダーから見て極東の国産ツールは眼中になさそうに見える今日この頃ですね。

日本では、UiPath Friends コミュニティマネージャー@ShumpeiWatanabe の紹介でこのアンケートを知る UiPath Friends の回答者が多いと思いますので、自分は UiPathコミュニティの一部だというバイアスがかかりますね。日本は自分が UiPathコミュニティを構成しているメンバーだと考えるユーザーの割合が世界的にみて高いという素敵な報告書が届くのを期待しています。
アンケートの締め切りは、明日5月30日（月）までだそうです。この機会に是非アンケートを楽しんで、キャリアについて考えてみてください。15分でも回答できるかもしれませんが、色々とこれからのことを50分くらい考えたり書き残したり発表したりするのも良いと思います。
完全英語だから日本からの回答が少ないのではないと思います。毎日読んでいる色々なマニュアルなんかよりずっと簡単ですよね。渡辺さん以外の大手町の組織が過去のアンケートの存在を積極的に案内してなかっただけですよね。
