Tokiwadai Fitness Club 　　

Hi! My name is Sayaka.
I've begun to start my daily diary because I finished my job-hunting and I have a lot of free time :)
Let's see and enjoy it.

Today, I went to a sport club, Central fitness club in Tokiwadai, Tokyo.
This is cleaner than I expected, so I was astonished.
I have a free pasport because my grandfather gave me and could go there with no money :)

Fitness Club

I tried fitness machine for the first time and my mother taught me how to use them.
There was a lot of machine, and it was difficult for me to understand the way how to use.

I don't have strong muscules, so through this training, I want to get my body beautiful:)

Gym

We can enjoy sauna in this facility and could see funny old women.
Today, I met women who managed snack and they were really talkative and funny. I could get smile naturally  :)

Let's go there:) It's nice place.
The nearest station is Tokiwadai on Tobu-Tojyo Line.
You can get this station by train for 10 minutes from Ikebukuro.
