メンタル「薬で抑えたらしい話」

ある人と２ヶ月振りにあった。あるゲームの大会が隣県で開催されたからだった。月に２回ほど参加してきた。毎回の結果は悲惨だが参加すると同じ趣味の仲良しと出会えるので嬉しい。
He met one of his friends to participate in a certain game competition held in the next prefecture for the first time in a couple of months, which they had taken part in twice a month, to their shame, and their achievements have never been something superior, but the competition enables them to meet their someone friendly, which made them feel satisfactory, comfortable, pleasant and so on.

実は彼はある理由でその大会に参加できないでいた。精神的に参っていて病院から処方されていたのだ。直接の上司の心ない言葉によって酷く傷ついていたのだ。極めて許せないことだ。
His friend, in fact, couldn’t participate in the competition due to a certain reason, actually, he became sick since  his supervisor did hurt his mental condition with various verbal violence, he has been prescribed a certain medication from his mental clinic in recent weeks.
They shouldn’t forgive something unreasonable, he says.

彼は優しき尊敬すべき人間だ。他人を傷つけることのできない優しき人間だ。だから友人も多い。そんな彼を大切にできない環境がある。会社に文句を言いたいが彼に不利益はあるのか。
He is one of our species with something respectable, at the same time, those around him have never been injured from what he says, so he had an tremendously large number of friends incruding us, we must admit.
However, his coworkers don’t cherish his existence, and simultaneously, not a few people around him want to criticize his company, which is something challenging.
But this behavior might bring him into more and more critical, deadly, and lethal situation, they assume.

彼は治ったと言う。周囲はそんなに簡単に治るようなものではないと言う。彼が上司のことを悪く言うのは難しい。第三者が口を出すのも変だが彼のミスを必要以上に責めるのもなあ。
He has told us that he has been cured completely, but those involved around him doubt what he says because such a mental disorder cannot be treated easily.
It is difficult for him to criticize his supervisor directly, but simultaneously, the third party doesn’t have any rights to accuse his supervisor of what he said, however, his supervisor’s verbal violence should be unforgivable.
