The socialism brings workers to the critical situations.
Only a few controllers put a fortune into their pockets.

1989 was the unforgettable year when “the Berlin Wall” collapsed and “the post-Cold War” ended.
My age was 25, and the international politics didn’t attract me, but the shocking scene on TV still remains in my head : many smiling citizens were tearing down the wall with something solid or light weapons.

The socialism is said to be the political system where many workers were robbed of their motivation, efforts and enthusiastic attitudes toward their jobs because all of laborers could accept the same accomplishments, wages and achievements even if they neglect their duty without hard work and positive efforts.
The extreme example is that many farmers didn’t have any intentions to protect the crop fields even when an intensive hurricane hit on them because these fields didn’t belong to them, in other words, all the properties were owned by their socialistic nation.
Workers in the capitalism would have fought with such critical natural disasters because a catastrophe would deprive them of what they had completely.

On the contrary, the capitalism is the economic system where a capable worker with brilliant results could gain even larger income or salary called “performance-based payment system.”
Almost all workers stand on the same starting line, but their results aren’t the same, in other words, a certain laborer earns much more money whose amount is obviously different from that of other employees, and vice versa.
Each of us is born with different talents and fortunes, and our amount of efforts naturally differs, which leads to various achievements and accomplishments.

We couldn’t avoid saying that the socialism failed to outweigh the capitalism because it might be obvious which system could cause human society to make good progress, in short, evolve, we assume.
There were huge or numerous differences between West Germany and East Germany in the economic viewpoint after “the Berlin Wall” collapsed in 1989, which was an extreme astonishment to us.
After all, the socialism lost the capitalism.
The principle that all the workers should be given the same rewards fails to make a difference in our society.

We can gain confidence when we win the competition, and we make further efforts, and vice versa.
We feel disappointed when we lose the competition, but we could rise up higher from the bottom line, which is our nature, in short, a human instinct.
However, a winner never fail to remember his or her charitable attitude toward a loser, we assume.

All of us have 24 hours a day, the same amount of time.
Whether it is spent effectively or not decisively matters.
