会社の伝説｜Company Legend

「誰もが無理と思っていたプロジェクトをあの人が一人でやり切ったから、今のこの会社があるんだよ」「震災の時に、当時の部長が陣頭指揮をとって物資を運び、地域の人がとても感謝して、それから地域とのつながりが深くなった」など、会社にはいろいろと過去の伝説的な話がある。昔は仕事の後の飲み会のたびに先輩から話を聞いたり、後輩がらしくない対応をした時などに話をしたものだった。ある意味それらのストーリーが会社のビジョンであり、ミッションであった。しかし会社のムダとしてその時間は排除されてしまった。よく会社のビジョンが社員に浸透していないという話を聞くけれど、こういったストーリーを伝達することがその第一歩のような気がする。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）

And the neighborhood was so appreciative that we could connect with them.” The company has a lot of legendary stories from the past like these. In the old days, I used to hear these stories from my seniors at every drinking party after work, or when I told them to my juniors who acted unlike the company. In a sense, those stories were the company's vision and mission. However, that time was eliminated as a waste of the company.
