From now on, improve your ability to use altrushi and selfishness.

Hello, everyone.

Sai & Co. WAKU Chare Labo's Sai & Co. It is.

Well, today, I will talk about "From now on, improve your ability to use altrushi and selfishness" while brushing up my blog in the past.

Today's story, if "It was good!" If that's the way, please share it😁

Then it's the main topic.

I think there are people in every profession, but people who have high skills but lack professional ethics.

You say that I'm devoted to rice work (= work to eat rice), it's not that it's bad, but I'm not good at such people.

Do you say that you have a different way of thinking from me...

I'm quite disappointed when I see people doing this in the profession.

For example, a police officer says, "I'm going home because the time has come," and ignore the incident is happening in front of you, or if there is a fire in front of you, but the firefighter says, "I don't know because it's overtime," or if something like this is happening, what I feel like it's different.

Both of them are very precious occupations that cost their lives, and I don't have the right to say that I don't work just by fantasies about occupations, but even if there is someone who needs help in front of me, I honestly don't know the feeling of a person who can get through it. .

(At that time, I was saying pretty radical things.

Really, what I have said on this blog so far is my personal opinion, so if you feel bad, please leave.

If possible, I recommend that only those who sympathize with you read it.

That's why I'm going to tell you my true feelings.

This belief hasn't actually changed even now.

Even if everyone risks their lives, they don't necessarily say "the mission is true", but I think there was a spirit before the war that is not a sense of mission, or even if you risk your life, there was a spirit to fulfill your mission.

It's limited to Japanese people though.

Well, there are places where the media created that kind of air.

However, I think there were many people who can move for people and people who can move in the spirit of altruism in the first place.

Even though it was a long time ago, although the times have changed, although it is just a way of thinking about old age, I think the good thing about Japanese people is that they have a strong altruistic spirituality.

If you are too biased towards those who say that it's okay as long as you are good, that you can be selfish, or that you don't know about others, it will become a difficult world to live in again.

In other words, what I want to say is, "Would you like to live in just the right place?" That's what I mean.

Sometimes altruity, sometimes selfishness, I think that the ability to use it is one of the abilities that will be necessary in the future society.)

Well, speaking of personal freedom, that's right, but I'd like to ask once what you got into a professional career.

Then there may be a reason to be convinced.

But well, people who do professional jobs with rice work tend not to move even in case of emergency.

Apart from when people's life and death are at stake, they complain even if they have something urgent to do and give instructions.

I will never show leadership on my own.

It depends on the number of years of experience, but the body doesn't move before you think.

I don't think I've been able to become a professional from the mind (= root).

(I'm going to change the story a little here, but there are people who complain even if they give instructions, but from the management's point of view, if you don't control it properly, it will be troublesome later.

That's because as a boss, I believe that if I give instructions, my subordinates will move.

But from the point of view of subordinates, even if you are a boss, if you are instructed to disobey your beliefs and values, it will not motivate you to take action.

If you don't understand that place well, if you still try to force it to follow the instructions, the relationship between your boss and subordinates will definitely be broken and you will not follow the extra instructions.

So, in order not to do so, I recommend that you start by acknowledging the beliefs and values of your subordinates.)

If you become a professional from the mind, your body will move before you think, hold the leadership of the place, and demonstrate your expertise.

Involve the people around you, give instructions, take what you can, and do your best in the place.

At first glance, it sounds like a scene seen in a drama, but there are some people who are in the minority.

I totally respect you.

I'm also a professional, so I'm working hard every day to become a professional from the mind.

See you later✌️

(So how was it?

Today's story.

It will be a blog that has been brushed up for the first time in about a year and a half, but since that time, I am still working hard to become a professional from the mind.

The only thing that has changed is that, as I told you at the beginning, I try to distinguish between altru and selfishness.

Well, even now, I'm not doing life-threatening work immediately, but so far, I've been able to use it properly, so I'm able to maintain my life-work balance quite comfortably.

So, if you say that today's story was good, please introduce it to your friends.

We also have questions and consultations.

See you later✌️)
