My mission is...

and Yes! Together, make Shizuoka Shimbun/SBS great again!

Wearing a Trump mask and short phrases above ,it has started my life with new coworkers.This is short and simple ,but it represents my mission correctly.I believe things that I'm gonna try hard to do ,must bring transformation to my company.
Let me introduce myself a bit more specifically .I'm from Japan,and am 35 years old.I have worked for my company since 2008.For the Last 2 years, I have worked as strategic management, chief of transformation reform.Focusing on changing mindset and empowering employees through the Bootcamp with you. After that ,we started to change organizations to make our company move forward.Making Innovation Report,and organized some teams to test and make prototypes and implement it as our own businesses .In Jan 2021, we established called "Future Creation Studio" whose mission is to create new business.
Through the activity of empowerment, we found  it  is time going to the next step.Stage has changed to accelerate "changing organizations". Actually, I am going on empowerment, but I’m focussing on exploration.
Exploring startups,new business development,investment,CVC-related,etc would be the one I'm going to focus on here in Silicon ValIey .It must be a big deal and a big challenge for me and also for my company.
I’m going to work harder and harder.I manage to keep up with you. 

Everything I'm gonna think,feel,observe and experience would bring TRANSFORMATION to our company.

When I'm not at work ,I enjoy golfing,fishing,camping,and running. Let’s go together when you have a chance!
And I want to start cycling and cooking.Please tell me a lot about it.

I’ve not fully vaccinated yet,so I should stay home till 30th Aug.So, I will make a hotdog every lunch to be hotdog master.I also want to try to ride a bicycle here on the beautiful west coast.
I can’t wait to meet you in person 30th Aug .
FYI:My spouse and my 5 years old son are coming next spring.Let’s play and go together!
