真剣にSDGｓ

ロゴ・アイコンの悪用

　広く認知されるようになったSDGsですが、実際は何もやっていないにも関わらず、イメージを上げるだけのために、「取り組んでますよー」な感じでロゴを乱用している企業や個人事業主も多いことが問題となっているようです。こんな話はSDGsに限ったことではなさそうに思いますが、やっていない企業をどうこう言うよりも、本当に真剣にやっている企業のことがもっと話題になればいいなぁと思う今日この頃です。

アイコンの商用利用

　SDGsのロゴは、利益追求の目的でなければ、決められた書体で誰でも自由に使えます。しかし、資金調達目的・商業用途にロゴやアイコンを使うには、必ず国連本部の認可が必要となります。営利目的でSDGsの名前を利用するわけですから、噓偽りなく国連の支持がある商材でなければいけません。当然、このハードルはとても高いです。

シガドライとSDGs

　社員の私が言うのもなんですが、シガドライ社長のエコ意識・環境保護意識は昔から凄いんです。環境問題を真面目に考えた経営を貫いてきたから仕事は常にコスト高で、すごく売れても大儲けは出来ないと本人も言っております。
　そうなんです。環境問題に真面目に取り組んだ商品って、製造コストが結構かかる。環境に配慮しない材料や技術を使って製造する方がずっと効率がいいんです。でもいい加減、我々は気付かないといけません。

　シガドライのGZ-08（ウィルシュータ）とスーパーフレックスは、以下の６つのアイコンを商用目的で使用できます。持続可能な開発目標にそぐう商品だと、国連に認めてもらったものであります。

アイコン３（健康と幸福　Good Health and Well Being）
承認内容：シガドライ は地球感染制御および床ずれ低減に関する先駆的な研究により、特に医療分野での二次感染の影響を効果的に最小限に抑えています。最も恐れられているMRSA 感染と広範なウイルスおよび細菌は、シガドライ は地球の製品ラインを使用して簡単に制御でき、また病院をより快適で快適なものにします。
（原文）Shigadry With Earth’s pioneering work on Infection Control and Bedsore Reduction has resulted in effectively minimizing the impact of secondary infections especially in the Health Care sector. アイコン９（産業革新とインフラ　Industry Innovation and Infrastructure）
承認内容：GZ-08 とスーパーフレックスはどちらも、ヘルスケア業界のイノベーションを推進する世界初の種類のコンセプトでした。 製品ラインには、最も持続可能な原料を使用して、ヘルスケア業界に革命を起こす可能性があります。
（原文）Both GZ-08 and SuperFlex was world’s first of its kind concepts driving Innovation in the Health Care industry. The Product line has the potential to revolutionize the Health Care industry using ingredients that are most sustainable.

アイコン 12 (責任ある消費と生産　Responsible Consumption & Production)
承認内容：GZ-08 とスーパーフレックスの両方には、ほぼ99％の天然素材と食品グレードのミネラルが含まれており、消費者が責任を持って消費するための強力な選択肢となります。GZ-08 製品群とスーパーフレックス製品群の消費により、通常は競合製品に含まれる多くの有害物質を簡単に置き換えることができます。私たちの生産のほとんどの領域は、激しいエネルギー使用を必要とせず、有毒廃棄物を生成しません。エネルギーを使用する必要がある特定の領域では、温室効果ガスインベントリをISO 14064 規格にマッピングし、カーボンフットプリントを製品のレベルにマッピングし、責任ある生産に向けた一貫した取り組みを推進しています。
（原文）Both GZ-08 and SuperFlex incorporates almost 99% Natural materials and Food Grade minerals giving the consumer a powerful choice for responsible consumption. The consumption of GZ-08 product range and SuperFlex product range can easily replace many harmful substances that are usually in competitive products. Most areas of our production does not require intense energy use nor produce toxic waste. In specific areas where energy has to be employed, we have mapped our Greenhouse Gas Inventory to the ISO 14064 standard and have even mapped our Carbon Foot Print to the level of the Product, driving consistent effort towards responsible production.

アイコン 13 (気候変動対策　Climate Action)
承認内容：スーパーフレックスは世界初のダイレクトカーボンネガティブ製品です（著作権は2007 年に予約されています）。私たちは、間接的な相殺を行わずに、商品レベルおよび実際の製品に対してカーボンシンキングを初めて実証しました。これは、迅速な気候変動対策のために世界の消費の力を活用できる強力なグローバル戦略です。10 年以上にわたる作業を通じて、この「気候にやさしい消費主義」と呼んでいます。また、製品排出グリッド（著作権予約、2009）と呼ばれる概念を開発しました。これは、グローバルな取引パターンを効果的に変更して、クリーナー製品の取引を促進できます。グローバルな標準化の可能性の高いツールに向けてこれらの概念を奨励するために、長年にわたって多くの謝辞を受け取っています。
　（原文）SuperFlex is the World’s First Direct Carbon Negative Product (copyrights reserved, 2007). We were the first to exemplify Carbon sinking at the commodity level and to an actual Product without engaging indirect offsets. This a powerful global strategy where we can engage the power of Global consumption for rapid Climate Action. Through our work over 10years we have termed this “Climate Friendly Consumerism”. We have also developed a concept called Product Emission Grid (copyrights reserved, 2009) which can be effectively used to change the Global trading pattern to promote the trading of cleaner products. We have received many acknowledgements over the years encouraging these concepts towards a probable tool for Global standardization.

アイコン 15 (土地での生活　Life on Land)
　承認内容：使用中および寿命（EOL）の両方で、スーパーフレックスおよびGZ-08 の製品はいずれも、有害物質を環境に放出しません。 制御されていない廃棄の場合でも、ほとんどは分解可能であり、土壌を汚染しません。
　（原文）During both usage and at end of life (EOL), both SuperFlex and GZ-08 range of Products does not release harmful substances to the environment. Even in the event of uncontrolled dispose most is degradable and does not contaminate the soil.

アイコン 17 (目標のためのパートナーシップ　Partnership for the Goals)
　承認内容：私たちのコンセプトとイノベーションのほとんどは、複数の業界で採用できます。 知的財産の開発者および保有者として、水平的なイノベーションを促進するために、ライセンスオプションでノウハウを移転する準備ができています。私たちのビジョンは、持続可能な製品を通じて消費者に力を与え、世界中で持続可能な行動を迅速に加速することです。
