My son is at home work by remote.
And he plays online game with friends at night.
So he doesn't move.
The other day he said "I have a back pain"
I knew. He is sitting all day long, in the same position, I knew it though I go to work everyday.
Well, as his mother, I say "Let's go and buy some ice cream, it's too hot" to take him out to make him move.
We did like kung-fu move (five steps) yesterday.
I found that I forget elementary tai-chi.
