Honor Your Emotions

You can feel any and every emotion you have about an experience, and still hold love for yourself.

Process it, have grace, patience, respect, and love for yourself, and honor all your emotions.

They are there to help you through all events.

You are not your experiences.

I'll say that again:
Experiences do not define you!

You are not what you have experienced, and you do not owe an experience your self-love.
