サハラマラソン2021 追加レギュレーション覚書

9月に入って急に忙しくなった。そういえば、サハラマラソン開催１ヶ月前って、

・航空券とパリのホテルを手配し
・ああ、ゲーターも縫い付けてもらい
・馴染みの診療所で診断書と心電図をもらい
・Amazonや楽天市場で注文したものがバンバン届いて、
・チャーター機の航空券を確認し、印刷して、、
・再度、足りないものはないか装備のチェックを行って、、

こんな感じで慌ただしくなるのが常だったことを思い出し、やっとサハラ砂漠に行ける喜びを噛み締めている。

で、そんな中、今回はコロナ禍での開催ということもあり、「COVID-19: HEALTH PROTOCOL」というレギュレーションが追加されているので、備忘録として記事を起こすことにした。

1. Present a complete vaccination certificate validated by the European Union and Morocco: Pfizer-BioNTech, Astra Zeneca, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, and Sinopharm for residents from Morocco and other African countries.
1. EU、モロッコ政府が認めるワクチンの接種証明を提示すること。

2. Comply with the health instructions to enter Morocco.
2. モロッコ入国のための健康上の指示に従うこと。

If you come from France on one of our flights, you will have to present at the boarding gate:
フランスからチャーター機で入国する場合は搭乗ゲートで以下のものを提示する必要がある。

・A complete vaccination certificate;
・ワクチン接種証明

・A negative PCR test made less than 48 hours before the boarding date, i.e. dated 29/09/2021 from 09:00 am;
・搭乗する日より遡って48時間以内のPCR陰性証明書
　例) 2021年9月29日 午前9時以降 

・A completed and signed health form that will be sent to you by email at the same time as your convocation to ROISSY CDG airport. You will also need a second copy of this form to board the bus that will take you to the first bivouac.
・CDG空港集合時にメールで送付される健康に関する書類の記入と署名。また、初日の野営地へ向かうバスに乗車する際にこの書類のコピーが必要になる。

3. Bring a minimum of 13 face masks and at least 50 ml of hydroalcoholic gel.
3. 最低13枚のマスクと最低50mlのハイドロアルコールジェルを持参すること

4. Comply with the health measures in the so-called "risk areas":
・Social distancing;
・Hand washing;
・Wearing a face mask.
4. いわゆる「リスクエリア(*1)」での健康対策を遵守すること
・ソーシャルディスタンス
・手洗い
・マスク着用

5. Insofar as possible, follow these additional guidelines:
・Avoid inter-tent gatherings;
・Avoid sharing food, water, or other beverages, cutlery and cooking utensils, or any other object or drink.
5. 可能な限り、次の追加ガイドラインに従うこと
・テント間での集まりを避ける
・食べ物、水、その他の飲み物、カトラリー、調理器具等の共有を避ける

(*1)リスクエリアとは、

1. 空港内、2. 機内、3. バス内、4. 初日の野営地のテント割り当ての受付、5. テント内、6. トイレ、7. ブリーフィング時、8. テクニカル・メディカルチェック時、9. 野営地内のショップ、10. スタート地点、11. チェックポイント、12. ゴール地点、13. 水、お茶配布エリア、14. チャリティーステージ、15. サイバーテント、
16. コーラ配布エリア、17. レストラン、18. 表彰式・ビデオ上映時、19. メディカルテント、20. ワルザザードのホテル

PROTOCOL IF A POSITIVE CASE IS FOUND:
陽性者が出た場合

1. Isolation (and therefore dropping out of the event);
1. 隔離（故に、レース続行不可）

2. Transfer to a hotel room in OUARZAZATE;
2. ワルザザードのホテルへ移送

3. Duration: consistent with the health measures applicable in Morocco;
3. 期間：モロッコで運用されている健康対策と同様の措置

4. Identification of contact cases.
4. 濃厚接触者の特定

All reported contact cases will be tested.
報告された濃厚接触者はテストを実施

大会直前まで状況によっては色々追加事項が増えたり、変更があったりするかもしれないので、気を抜かずに注視したいと思う。
