Nao: How are you doing?

Pug: I'm very hot.
暑いっす
一般的な返答は・・・
"I'm good." ＝「私は大丈夫（良い感じですよ）」
"I'm great" ＝「私は絶好調です」
"I'm doing great." = 「私は元気です」
"I'm hot" も、間違えではない(笑)
Pug: How about you?
あなたはどうですか?
Nao : I'm good.
良い感じ
Nao: What would you like to talk about today?
今日は何について話したいですか？
Pug : ・・・・・・
・・・・ネットの接続状態が悪くなり・・・・
Nao: Your voice is breaking.
直訳： あなたの声が壊れています。
＝「あなたの声が途切れ途切れになってます」
"Breaking up."
＝「聞き取りづらい」
っという言い方もあるそうな ＾＾
Pug : Nothing special.
特にありません
Nao : OK, In that case, please tell me what you did today.
OK、その場合は今日何をしたか教えてください。
"OK" ＝「オッケー」
"In that case" =「その時は」
"please tell me" ＝「私に教えてください」
"what you did today" ＝「今日何してたのか」
Pug : I woke up at 5:30.
5時半に起きました。
「時間」 ＝"at"
「日にち（曜日・日付）」 ="on"
「年月(月・季節・年）」 ="in"
Pug : I got ready for work.
私は仕事の準備をしました
" I got ready" =「私は準備しました」
"for work" ＝「仕事のために」
pug: I make my own smoothie.
自分でスムージーを作ります。
pug: I make smoothie for her, too.
僕と彼女（奥さん）のもスムージーを作ります。
Nao: What do you put in your smoothie?
スムージーに何を入れますか？
pug: Soy milk, smoothie powder and amazake.
豆乳・粉のスムージー・甘酒
「甘酒」 = "amazake"
Nao: Healthy.
健康的
Pug: My body is very heavy.
僕の体は重い
Nao: So what about body fat percentage？
では、体脂肪率はどうでしょうか？
"body fat percentage" =「体脂肪率」
Pug: My body fat percentage is twenty five.
ぼくの体脂肪率は25です
Nao: Not too bad.
そんなに悪くない
Pug: And my blood pressure is high.
それと血圧が高い
"blood pressure" = 「血圧」
または・・・
”high blood pressure” ＝「高血圧」
＊I have high blood pressure. ＝「わたしは高血圧です」
Pug: I'm taking medicine every morning.
私は毎朝薬を飲んでいます
"medicine" =「 薬」
"drug" = 「薬物」
Nao: Every morning! OK, to reduce? for your high pressure?
毎朝ですか。下げるためですか？あなたの血圧を
Pug: Yes, high blood pressure medicine and liver medicine.
はい、高血圧の薬と肝臓の薬
"liver" = 「肝臓」
Nao: Is it fatty liver?
脂肪肝ですか？
"fatty liver" =脂肪肝
Pug: My fatty liver is hereditary.
遺伝的な脂肪肝です

=「遺伝子に組み込まれている。」

= 「血筋だ（血は争えない。）」
