ウクライナ情勢で露わになった西側の劣化

ウクライナの事情に詳しいスイス軍の元情報将校Jacques Baudが、西側の政治や報道が事実に基づかなくなっていることに警鐘を鳴らしている。

この件👇については、

欧米各国も一斉に非難し、トラス英外相はツイッターで「民間人を狙うのは戦争犯罪だ」としてロシアを指弾した。

ウクライナの仕業の蓋然性が高いとの見解を示している。

Today, factual evidence, such as the serial number of the missile, the direction of the launch, the type of missile and the strategy tend to indicate a Ukrainian responsibility.

西側はプーチン大統領が言ってもいない「キエフを2日で占領する」「ゼレンスキー政権を転覆させる」「ウクライナ全土を占領する」「5月9日（対独戦勝記念日）のパレードで勝利を宣言する」「5月9日に総動員のために宣戦布告する」などを真実であるかのように報じ続けてきた。

Vladimir Putin never said he wanted to take Kiev. He never said he was going to take the city in two days. He never said he wanted to overthrow President Zelensky. He never said he wanted to take over all of Ukraine. He never said he was aiming for a victory on May 9th. He never said he wanted to declare that victory at the May 9th parade. He never said that he wanted to “declare war” on May 9th, in order to trigger a general mobilization.

敗走し続けるロシア？パラレルワールド？

Baudは西側（の政治）がreason, fact, intelligenceに基づくものからpassion, feeling, intuition, inspirationに基づくものへと変質したとして、wokeカルチャーを問題視している。

A modern state should not be guided by passion, but by reason. These principles were established by Montesquieu, Voltaire and Rousseau in the 18th century. Our “woke” culture has forgotten them. We let our feelings guide us and we follow them. That is the problem.

The rule of law means that decisions are not based on feelings or intuitions, but on the basis of facts. That is why modern states have intelligence services. This is about supporting decision-making based on facts and not on the basis of divine inspiration. This is a fundamental difference between enlightened governance and despotic obscurantism. Fighting a dictatorship does not entitle us to forget the principles of the rule of law. Since the Balkan War, the West seems to believe that the end justifies the means. It is irrelevant what individual ministers think as persons, they are allowed to hate Putin, that is their right as citizens —but not as ministers. Feelings cannot be the basis of their policy.

ここからは当noteによるコメントだが、reason, fact, intelligenceからpassion, feeling, intuition, inspirationへの変化は、dignityカルチャー（DC）からvictimhoodカルチャー（VC）への変化を反映しているように思われる。

DCは男的、VCは女的なカルチャーなので、この変化は女の社会進出（特に意思決定層への進出）を反映したものではないかと疑われる。実際、対ロ強硬路線で目立つ政治家にはフォン・デア・ライエン（欧州委員会委員長）、アンデション（スウェーデン首相）、マリン（フィンランド首相）、ベアボック（ドイツ外相）、トラス（英外相）、フリーランド（カナダ副首相兼財務相）、ヌーランド（米国務次官）など女が目立つ。

女の社会進出は男の思想（←モンテスキュー、ヴォルテール、ルソー）とリアリズムの衰退を意味するのかもしれない。

We are indeed in a state of hysteria; and it is unbelievable how people forget the fundamental principles of the rule of law.

戦況や軍事侵攻に至るまでの歴史的背景についての客観的報道がほぼ皆無という点では日本も劣らず酷い状況にある。できればインタビューの全文を読んでもらいたい。

例を一つ。

👆の誤りは、ロシアが占領地を拡大している東部と南部（元々はロシア領だったがウクライナの国力アップのためにレーニンが移管した）ではロシア軍は侵略軍ではなく解放軍であること。Baudも指摘する👇ように、占領地の住民の態度がそれを物語っている。

What can be said, however, is that the popular resistance to Russia in the territories it occupies is much weaker than Western experts estimated. Moreover, it is clear that the Ukrainian conduct of operations has not been effective.

という歴史を知っていればこのような分析ミスは犯さない。
