Who is happy this year?
Aries, a little kindness bring you a big pleasure.
Taurus, your friends help you find a fantastic treasure.
Gemini, knowledge, and wisdom invite you to a new career.
Cancer, come through your action and your dreams come true.
Leo, improvement in your work increases your good fate.
Virgo, with an easygoing way, you get something great.
Libra, a continuance of learning give you profits not few.
Scorpio, your strength provide your neighbor's final conclusion.
Sagittarius, robust intention open up a new interesting field.
Capricorn, make sure by your own, to escape from all danger.
Aquarius, keep what you believe in, and solve old confusion.
Pisces, continue your efforts, they make your talents unsealed.
This is a time to start a new trial. Everyone is now the changer.

VUCA(ヴーカ=変遷)の時代が我々にもたらすもの：ソネット風に
本質的に変変わりやすい、Volatility(*1)
誰にも先がわからない、Uncertainty(*2)
何もかもややこしいったらない、Complexity(*3)
そして曖昧で間違えやすい、Ambiguity(*4)
VUCAは人々と社会に多大な影響を与えた。
昨日の成功体験は未来の助けにはならない。
明日の成功を約束してくれはしない。
そんな中、多様性が解決の道筋を示してくれた。
あなたの環境に柔軟性を持たせよう。
あなたのメンタルな許容量は拡大する。
そして他人の思惑を恐れる必要がなくなる。
あなたの精神世界を育てよう。
あなたの純粋なメンタリティをリフレッシュする。
そして次はあなたが人間ネットワークの治癒者になる。
以下の頭文字をとってVUCA(ヴーカ)といいます。

ソネット風に
怒り顔で褒め言葉。
私にゃ真意がわからない。
入力情報がそもそも噛み合わない。
直接的に言わなきゃ分かるものか。
ニヤケ面に悲嘆の言葉。
どう反応しろっていうのかな。
見聞きの結果で判断するのは何とやら。
本音が見つめる先は他の何処か。
これはちぐはぐ表現の問題だ。
人は理解の為に何に影響されるのか。
表情、声色、話の内容？
表情、見た目のに注目、55%。
声色、喋りに注目、38%。
言葉尻、話の内容に注目、7%。
メラビアンの法則。伝達手段がちぐはぐだったとき
受け手の人は何を重要として真意を理解しようとするか。
多くの人は表情や態度の見た目で55%
イントネーションや語り口調などが38%
言ってる内容自体に注目する人は7%しかいないというものです。
日本ではこれが曲解され、
それなりに着飾って丁寧な言葉遣いで喋れば
話術が少々拙くてもたいていの人を騙す事が出来る、という
詐欺の手口のように紹介される事が多いそうです。

Aries, continuous preparation always helps you to progress.
Taurus, if you learn hard newly, you can defeat your stress.
Gemini, honesty allows you to have lovely days without fear.
Cancer, your success will be given by strong intention.
Leo, grow your talent and get bigger experience.
Virgo, good friends help you obtain more superior intelligence.
Libra, safe and lovely days are provided from deep attention.
Scorpio, you will find a smarter way to achieve the goal.
Sagittarius, optimization is the most effective for your win.
Capricorn, it is the time for you to step into a new stage.
Aquarius, a nice encounter will influence your spirit and soul.
Pisces, keep calm by making the influence of harmful factors min.
A new era is inviting us all to create a new page!
