憧れの晩餐会

お世話になっております。

今日12/10はノーベル賞授賞式の日でしたね。

各自リモートでの授与となり、残念ながら
晩餐会は中止となってしまいました。

私の中で思い出深いのは、
カズオ・イシグロさんが文学賞を
受賞された2017年の授賞式です。

その時の晩餐会で提供されていた飲み物が、
OPIAのノンアルコールスパークリングワイン。

豊かな果実味を残す革新的な手法で、
無発酵で造られています。

オピア シャルドネ スパークリング ノンアルコール

収穫したぶどう（シャルドネ種100％）を除梗し、破砕。4度以下の定温にて皮と共に8時間醸しを行う。これによりブドウの皮に含む成分（ポリフェノール、アントシアニン、タンニン、レスベラトロールなど）やミネラル、香りの成分を抽出します。

オーガニックりんごのスパークリング
(フランス・ブルターニュ産)

ジャケ買いしてしまいそうな
イタリアのノンアルコール ワイン。
