(2 Samuel 15:31) “And one told David, saying, Ahithophel is among the conspirators with Absalom. And David said, O LORD, I pray thee, turn the counsel of Ahithophel into foolishness.”
(2サムエル15:31)「ある人がダビデに言った、『アヒトフェルはアブサロムとの共謀者の中にいる』。ダビデは言った、「主よ、祈ります、アヒトフェルの助言を愚かにしてください」。

It is God's desire to see you walk in favor. But it is also Satan's desire to see you walk in disfavor. So, as you walk in favor, it is important you pray that God disfavors people who have made it their minds to compete with you unnecessarily.　
あなたが好意を持って歩むことは、神様の願いです。しかし、あなたが不利な方向に歩むのを見るのは、サタンの望みでもあるのです。ですから、あなたが好意を持って歩むとき、神があなたと不必要に競争することを心に決めている人々を好まないように祈ることが重要です。今回のテーマ聖句では、ダビデがそうでした。

That’s what David did in our theme Scripture. David had sinned, but was trying to fix things with God. In the process, his own biological son, Absalom, rose against him.　
ダビデは罪を犯しましたが、神様と修復しようとしていました。その過程で、自分の実の息子であるアブサロムが彼に反旗を翻したのです。この人は父を破滅させようとしたのです。

This gentleman wanted to destool his father. Surprisingly, Ahithophel, a man highly respected for his wisdom, joined Absalom. Scripture says.　
意外なことに、知恵で高く評価されていたアヒトフェルがアブサロムに加担した。聖書にはこうあります。
"そのころ、アヒトフェルが相談したことは、あたかも人が神の託宣に問い合わせたようであった。

“And the counsel of Ahithophel, which he counselled in those days, was as if a man had enquired at the oracle of God: so was all the counsel of Ahithophel both with David and with Absalom (2 Samuel 16:23). Instead of remaining with David, Ahithophel joined the person who had the numbers.　
"アヒトフェルのすべての相談は、ダビデに対してもアブサロムに対してもそうだった（2サムエル16：23）。アヒトフェルはダビデと一緒にいるのではなく、数の多い人についたのである。

David now saw that the competition was getting out of hand, so he prayed that “O LORD, I pray to you, turn the counsel of Ahithophel into foolishness”; that’s like saying, “Oh God disfavor Ahithophel or my competitors”.　
ダビデは、競争が手に負えなくなったのを見て、「主よ、私はあなたに祈ります、アヒトフェルの助言を愚かなものに変えてください」と祈ったのです。そうすると、とてもうまくいったのです。

When he did, it worked so well. Stay in prayer and ask God to disfavor your competitors, so that you can enjoy your blessings. Hallelujah!　
祈り続けて、あなたの競争相手を不利にするように神様にお願いし、あなたの祝福を享受できるようにしましょう。ハレルヤ！

Confession: My God has turned the counsel of anyone who has assumed the position of Ahitophel in my life into foolishness. My God shall disfavor my competitors today and always as they rise against me by the power of the Holy Ghost. Hallelujah!　
告白します： 私の神様は、私の人生においてアヒトフェルのような立場になった人の助言を愚かなものに変えてくださいました。私の神は、聖霊の力によって、今日も、そしてこれからも、私の競争相手が私に対して立ち上がるのを不利にされる。ハレルヤ！

Say this if you have never been born again. I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead.　
もし、あなたがまだ生まれ変わったことがないのなら、こう言ってください。私は今日から、イエス・キリストが私の主であり、神が彼を死者の中からよみがえらせたことを信じると宣言します。
