1. tiredを使う
もう人生に疲れた
I’m tired of living.
生きることに疲れた
I have gotten tired of life.
長旅の疲れが出た
I’m [got, felt] tired from [after] the long trip.
ずいぶんと疲労しているみたいね
You look awfully tired.
くたくたに疲れた
I’m dead tired.
心身共に疲れた
I’m tired both mentally and physically.
2. worn outを使う
そんなに働くと疲れちゃうよ
You’ll be worn out from working so hard.
↑ wearは「～をすり減らす」の意味
3. exhaustedを使う
彼はマラソンでへとへとに疲れていた
He got extremely tired［exhausted］from running a marathon.
疲労困憊（こんぱい）したよ
I’m totally exhausted.
私は死ぬほど疲れている
I am exhausted to death.
4. exhaustionを使う
母は疲れが原因で寝込んでしまった
My mother is sick in bed with exhaustion.
ひどい疲れのために倒れる
collapse from [with] exhaustion
5. fatigueを使う
彼は疲れがたまって病気になった
He got [became] sick because of an excess of fatigue.
取引先の接待は神経が疲れる［＝精神的疲労の原因になる］
Providing business entertainment causes mental fatigue.
疲れが取れない

6. wearyを使う
疲れた顔

↑ジーニアス和英辞典によると、wearyは通例、限定用法で用いる
7. beatを使う
ああ疲れた．やっと一日の仕事が終わった
I’m beat. At last I’ve finished work for the day.
↑beatは「～を打ち負かす」の意味
