About AI and surveillance capitalism

  1. The “Constitution” naturally forms the backbone of the nation and is the most important. It is what makes a nation a nation, but Japan's foundation continues to be shaken.
Aside from that, the “Constitution” is naturally written in natural language, and its logical structure is extremely important.
In other words, what I am concerned about is that it is compatible with AI. Since it is a natural language, it contains a certain ambiguity. AI can logically process even the “logic” of the ambiguity into language. In short, this is the area where AI is best, eather positive or negative. The latter case is tragic. If the age of AI is to arrive more fully, perhaps we should reconsider the way the “Constitution” itself is expressed.

  2. With that in mind, there is a serious problem with “surveillance capitalism”, which should be in accordance with the “Constitution”. Even more serious problems include the People's Republic of China, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and Russia, but I will just point them out here.
In any case, shouldn't we have a greater sense of crisis in the reality that some companies with global economic activities collects more personal data of its citizens (or people) than a nation, eather the people or the government.

  3. As Acxiom-type AI becomes more pervasive, a wide range of economic activity data of “individuals” will be increasingly absorbed by some companies, and they will acquire the huge DB. This cannot be “utopia”. With COPLINK, isn't this nothing other than the “dystopia” that humanity has ended up in since the Industrial Revolution?
