To those affected by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake of January 1, 2024, the Orange Medical & Social Corporation team has been in the area since January 3, 2024. It is trying to support people's daily lives, including those in home healthcare, focusing on "medical care for daily life" in disaster-stricken areas.
This blog account will archive the support activities of the Orange Medical & Social Corporation, with bases in Fukui, Nagano, and Ishikawa following the Noto Peninsula Earthquake.

医療法人オレンジグループと輪島の関係性/Why have we rescued Wajima?
2011年、福井県で始めて複数医師による在宅医療を始めたのが、私たち医療法人オレンジです。町に住まう方たちの暮らしをより豊かに、より幸せなものに。そうして応答するように、福井・長野・石川と活動内容/活動拠点を広げてきました。
In 2011, Orange Medical & Social Corporation was the first in Fukui Prefecture to start home medical care by multiple doctors. We want to make the lives of people in the town happier. In response, we have expanded our activities/bases of operation to Fukui, Nagano, and Ishikawa.
そんな私たちの活動を聞いて、高齢化・そして医療資源不足に直面している地元・石川県輪島市で、在宅医療を開始させたいと、私たちのグループに参画した小浦ドクター。2021年、『ごちゃまるクリニック』をグループの一つの拠点として開業しました。開業前に呼びかけたクラウドファンディングでは、450万円強の資金を調達するなど、石川県輪島市で生まれる、人の暮らしの根幹を支える活動に業界内から大きな注目を集めました。
それほどまでに、奥能登と呼ばれるこの地域で暮らし続けることの大変さと、この地域を残していかなければ、という期待と願いが大きくあったのだと、1月1日を経た今こそなお強く感じます。
その後、小浦ドクター率いる『ごちゃまるクリニック』は医療法人オレンジグループからは独立し、以降も法人同士で交流を続けていました。
In 2021, Dr. Koura opened the "Gochamaru Clinic" in Wajima City as one of the group's bases. The crowdfunding campaign launched before the clinic opened raised over 4.5 million yen, attracting a great deal of attention from within the industry for activities that support the very foundations of human life in Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture. Even now, after January 1, there is such a great expectation and wish to preserve this region, and the difficulty of continuing to live in this region is called Okunoto.
After that, the "Gochamaru Clinic" led by Dr. Koura became independent from the Orange Medical & Social Corporation Group, and the two corporations continued interacting.
法人を越えた連携・ぐるんとびー/キャンナスさんとの協働へ/Go to Team Formation
ご存知の通り2024年1月1日16時10分頃、石川県能登地方を震源とするマグニチュード7.6の大きな地震があり、石川県で震度7を観測。
その直後、かねてより交流のあった神奈川県藤沢市を拠点とする「 ぐるんとびー 」さん、災害ボランティアナースチーム「キャンナス」さんと共にオレンジチームが協働し、チーム編成へと動きました。
As you know, at around 16:10 on January 1, 2024, there was a significant earthquake of magnitude 7.6 centered in the Noto region of Ishikawa Prefecture, with an intensity of 7 on the Japanese scale. Immediately after the quake, the Orange Team, together with "Non-Profit Organization Grundtvig / Grundtvig Corporation" based in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture, with whom we had been in contact for some time, and "CANNAS," a disaster volunteer nurse team, collaborated to form a team.

能登で、行動あるのみ/Let's make it happen in Noto
1月27日現在、私たち協働チームでは、福祉避難所“海と空”の運営を託され、民間チームとしての動きを強めています。
1月2日の初動以降、現地入りしているチームスタッフから毎日のように報告が届きます。日々状況が異なってきますが、このnoteを通して実際の動き、私たちの心の揺れや葛藤、喜び、踏ん張りなど、私たち目線で綴っていきたいと思います。

As of January 27, we have been entrusted with managing the welfare shelter "Umi to Sora" (Sea and Sky), and since our initial response on January 2, we have received daily reports from our team members who have been in the area. The situation has been changing rapidly, but through this blog, we would like to write about the actual activities, our emotional turmoil and struggles, our joy, and our perseverance from our point of view.
