ジョニミッチェル12枚目のアルバム。シンセサイザーをつかったポップス。カイリー・ミノーグあたりを意識したのか。ゲフィンに移籍してから商業主義っぽくて、ジョニミッチェルの良さが消えている。これも80年代の空気ってことなんだろう。
まー、どんな偉大なアーティストでもすべてが名盤とはいかないもの。こういう作品も趣があって良いよ。にしても、良い悪いは別としてこういう作品もジョニミッチェル自身が作曲しているのはすごいな。
