Motherhood as a secret driver for company’s performance

Motherhood, a tricky issue in gender equity

There seems to be one thing that has been ignored in the discussion of gender identity.

That is motherhood.

Of course motherhood only exists in women being able to give birth, feed babies and raise children.

I don’t fear to say that only women have such generosity that doesn't exist in men.

But the problem is, this trait is easily exploit without fair reward.

Women should be angry if their motherhood has been exploited or abused for the benefit of men.

Are women more likely exploited?

This is to show how men exploit motherhood (unconscious self -sacrifice)

Motherhood is a replacement for  “an adult in the room” which indicates maturity of woman.

Some IT CEOs seem to turn the women’s traits to their advantage.

For example, Twitter.

Elons Musk appointed Linda Yaccarino, a former ad officer of NBC Universal Media LLC as his successor. He says she is rather COO than CEO.

This is tricky.

Because the job of COO is to take care of employees like a mother.

Yes, the essence of COO is mother rather than leader.

To me, Mr. Musk obviously relies on her motherhood for improving company coherence which he is not good at.

The second one is Meta.

Zuckerberg put Ms. Shryl Sandberg to COO which may help once-troubled company save itself.

She should have exerted her motherhood by giving helping hands to every member of the company.

The third person to cherish motherhood is Mr. Larry Ellison of Oracle.
He nominated Ms. Safra Catz as COO of the company.

Smart or tricky

These guys are great in using excellency of woman without being blamed to abuse women.

They are so smart.

But I wonder which position women are happier with.

To be CEO or COO.

That is the question.
