Slightly diet for the summer

Several years ago, I used to follow the "one meal a day" diet. Now, I have switched to three meals a day. During a recent blood test, I weighed myself and noticed an increase compared to last year. The doctor pointed out, "You seem to be gaining weight a bit faster." When I started home care two years ago, I weighed 43 kilograms. My friends also expressed concern, saying, "Have you gotten smaller than before?" and "Are you okay?" Indeed, recently I eat more than my partner, and I finish meals quickly. I wonder, "Was I always this fast at eating?"

On the other hand, he lost 20 kilograms compared to before. His pants at Uniqlo changed from size L to S. He eats half of what he used to and takes twice the time to eat. I was never a big eater to begin with.  I only ate one meal a day. Following the doctor's advice, I switched to three meals, but lately, I feel like my stomach is sending a message, "Are you eating too much?" especially in the morning. I've decided to replace bacon rolls and jelly with soup, cheese, and black tea. For lunch and dinner, I'm adding more small dishes and salads, thinking about balancing meat and fish. While my clothing size hasn't changed, I've gained some weight around my waist. My pants are feeling tight. Since my favorite brand's clothes have a slim silhouette overall, it's concerning that they might not fit anymore. Without intense exercise, it's hard to lose the excess fat. Since I don't have the stamina for vigorous workouts, restricting my diet seems like the best option. I will slightly diet for the summer.
